Responsibilities
- Servicing and retaining an existing book of Financial Institutions’ business
- Supporting the marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts
- Review and processing of policies
- Issuing certificates
- Using insurance reputed company websites to obtain online quotes for clients
- Creating proposals
- Preparing policies for delivery
- Other day-to-day tasks as directed
Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
- Be a self-starter; and problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the reputed company insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets is essential
- College degree preferred
