Responsibilities

Research Planning

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Research Ops, Design Ops, UX Research, or an equivalent role supporting research at reputed company.

• 6+ years of experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, UX Research, or reputed company operational role supporting research at reputed company
• 2+ years of experience in research recruitment, research operations, nonprofit operations, community management or participant
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction (HCI), Behavioral Science, Design, Business, reputed company Sciences, or reputed company field
• AND 4+ years of UX, CX, or Service Design Research experience

• 3+ year’s Experience managing tools, vendors, and research technologies for research logistics and operations across teams.

• Experience developing and maintaining participant recruitment systems, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and participant management processes.
