Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Collaborate with internal corporate stakeholders to identify training needs for teams and individuals; Evaluate training programs; Suggest new HR Strategies.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of reputed company Generalist experience required.
  • Two (2) years of experience resolving reputed company employee relations issues required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Science, reputed company Management or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, conflict reputed company, compensation, and internal complaint investigations.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, compliance, and practices.
  • Working knowledge in developing, executing, and maintaining reputed company reputed company and programs.
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and reputed company).
  • Working knowledge of reputed company Information Systems (HRIS).
