Role reputed company The PPH Representative is responsible for responding to incoming cases on Pet Poison Helpline and our animal reputed company lines reputed company telephone and chat regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and other adverse events or general care inquiries from pet owners.

• Take full histories and details of the events
• Triage the cases

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience working in a veterinary clinic/hospital performing duties similar to those of a veterinary technician/assistant
• Emergency experience is preferred for some positions
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain reputed company licensure, if applicable
• Above average proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, reputed company Office, and common computer software and hardware

Requirements

Benefits
