As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for verifying nurses' credentials, following up with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
• Managing multiple chat channels at one time

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
