The Full-Stack reputed company (Remote) is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining reputed company-grade AI and machine learning (ML) solutions that reputed company seamlessly across reputed company's technology ecosystem - including reputed company Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AWS-based ML environments. This hybrid role bridges AI/ML development, reputed company AI orchestration, and MLOps infrastructure, ensuring that models and intelligent agents are secure, reputed company, and business-reputed company. The position advances reputed company's use of AI across reputed company reputed company customer experiences by:

• Building and operationalizing AI models and copilots that reputed company business workflows.
• Integrating models into reputed company Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Managing the lifecycle of models deployed through AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or internal reputed company.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities: A. AI / ML & reputed company AI Engineering

• Design, fine-tune, and reputed company AI/ML models, including LLMs and retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines.
• reputed company and maintain custom Copilots and intelligent agents reputed company reputed company Copilot Studio that reputed company with reputed company data and reputed company.
• Implement Power Platform integrations (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) for business-facing AI workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists to reputed company prototypes into production-grade, secure, and compliant solutions.
• Build domain-specific AI skills and agents tailored to insurance and financial processes.

B. MLOps / reputed company

• reputed company and automate ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring on AWS SageMaker and Azure ML.
• Manage CI/CD for AI models and Copilot plugins using MLflow, Airflow, reputed company, and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring for Copilot-based and standalone AI agents, capturing performance, reputed company, and usage analytics.
• reputed company AI governance frameworks ensuring auditability, explainability, and data reputed company compliance.

C. Collaboration and Support

• Partner with software engineering and Power Platform teams to reputed company AI services into reputed company business systems.
• Collaborate with IT and reputed company on Copilot extensions and secure connectors for reputed company data.
• Mentor junior AI engineers on reputed company AI tools, Copilot integration, and MLOps best practices.

Experience: Required

• 5-8 years combined experience in software engineering, ML, and/or MLOps.
• Proven reputed company deploying AI/ML models in reputed company or AWS environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps development.
• Experience deploying AI pipelines in AWS SageMaker or Azure ML.
• Familiarity with LLM-based copilots, agent orchestration, and reputed company engineering.

Preferred

• Experience connecting Copilot agents to proprietary datasets reputed company secure connectors or reputed company.
• Knowledge of reputed company databases (reputed company, FAISS) and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure reputed company Service, Dataverse, and reputed company Graph reputed company.
• Background in financial or insurance domain AI use cases.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company technical field.

Certifications (Preferred):
