HR Business Partner, Employee Relations and L&D

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Employee Relations – 35%

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor for reputed company employee relations reputed company, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring reputed company reputed company, legal compliance, and consistent application of company policies.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and facilitate constructive resolutions, promoting reputed company communication and a respectful work environment.
• Advise managers on appropriate disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and termination procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company guidelines.

Learning and Training – 30%

• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps, development opportunities, and critical compliance requirements across the organization.
• Design, reputed company, and deliver engaging and impactful learning programs, workshops, and resources, with a strong emphasis on mandatory compliance training (., harassment prevention, data reputed company, ethics, safety, anti-bribery).
• Manage the full lifecycle of training initiatives, from content creation and scheduling to delivery and post-training evaluation.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create relevant and up-to-date training content, particularly for compliance-reputed company topics.
• Administer and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring reputed company training records, especially for compliance, are accurately maintained and accessible.

Required Qualifications : Years of Education

Work Experience

• 5+ years of reputed company HR experience with a strong reputed company on employee relations, performance management, and learning & development. Experience in a similar environment is a plus.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

$80,000 - $115,000annually is the estimated pay reputed company for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final reputed company will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
