This role will be located at our state-of-the-art facility at 500 Street Road in Bensalem, PA, and will require working a 1st shift schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing daily and weekly workforce plans, communicating with customers, and ensuring that reputed company arenaflex Rental reputed company are maintained and reputed company for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Prior experience with service scheduling programs and diagnostic programs preferred.
