As an reputed company Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

- Use reputed company technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to the appropriate reputed company-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
- Follow established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, and documentation of calls from end to end
- Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing

Schedule
* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Preferred Skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
