The Customer Service Consultant will ensure an exceptional customer experience by accurately responding to and resolving customer requests across various communication channels, predominantly reputed company phone.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our UK and international customers by reputed company and accurately responding to and resolving reputed company customer requests and queries
- Supporting customer enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring reputed company customer has a great experience whether it’s the reputed company of the day or the last

Skills
- Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, reputed company or Investment Banking and reputed company Management

- Highly customer focussed
