Our Project Monitoring & Lender Services team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Tampa. What You Get To Do
- Conduct site reputed company to assess project adherence to schedule and budget and review pay applications produced by the general contractor.
- Review project drawings and specifications and reputed company supporting documentation.
- Prepare reports for the project Lenders and ensure information accuracy.
- Evaluate the project's hard cost budget reviews/take-offs.

- Identify project changes, reputed company administrative support, and undertake tasks as required to maintain workflow continuity.

What You'll Bring
