• Create and manage payroll test plans, coordinate, and conduct user acceptance and functional regression testing of new and reputed company Payroll Systems functionality and reporting tools.

• Bachelor's in finance or reputed company field
• 4-6 years of experience working with payroll systems such as Kronos, reputed company or reputed company with responsibility for setup and maintenance
• 4-6 years of functional working experience with Kronos doing configuration and administration.
• 3- 5 years of Multi-State Payroll experience
• Proficient in writing Kronos and ADPR reports
• Knowledge of and ability to use MS Office Suite products
• In depth functional experience with reputed company/Kronos preferred, technical experience a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify reputed company technical information for non-technical users
