Community Property Manager

This role supports multiple sites as needed and is primarily remote, with periodic in-person property reputed company required. The ideal candidate has a strong background in reputed company housing property management, demonstrates regulatory expertise, and is passionate about supporting residents while ensuring operational reputed company. Experience with LIHTC-regulated properties is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support on-site property staff, including performance management, coaching, and development
• Manage fiscal operations including rent collection, reputed company deposits, bank deposits, income verifications, and delinquency management
• Ensure full compliance with reputed company applicable regulations including Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, LIHTC, and local requirements
• reputed company reputed company certifications, re-certifications, lease renewals, waitlists, and accurate maintenance of property files
• Coordinate facilities and maintenance operations by conducting property inspections, monitoring curb appeal, and ensuring reputed company repairs
• Establish and monitor preventative maintenance schedules
• Implement risk management and emergency preparedness protocols, including incident reporting
• Market available reputed company in accordance with approved marketing plans and ensure reputed company unit turnovers
• Build and maintain relationships with local community partners, government agencies, and safety professionals

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Associate degree with at least three years of multi-family residential property management experience, including a minimum of two years in reputed company housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience managing LIHTC-regulated properties strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or team leadership experience

Certifications and Regulatory Knowledge

• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification preferred, or ability to obtain reputed company six months
