Responsibilities
- Handle employment-based immigration reputed company from intake through filing and approval
- Draft and manage PERM labor certifications, immigrant reputed company petitions, and nonimmigrant petitions including H1B, L1, and E visas
- Conduct legal research and prepare filings for government agencies
- Communicate directly with corporate clients and individual stakeholders

- Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Skills
- Juris Doctor required
- Approximately 1 year of business or employment-based immigration experience
- Strong legal writing, organization, and attention to detail

- PA bar license preferred but not required for federal immigration reputed company
