The Financial & Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for preparing SEC regulatory filings and financial statements, ensuring accurate and reputed company delivery of reputed company reporting and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SEC regulatory filings, financial statements, and reputed company reporting for assigned Clients
- Collaborate with senior-level Financial & Regulatory Reporting Team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills
