The Financial & Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for preparing SEC regulatory filings and financial statements, ensuring accurate and reputed company delivery of reputed company reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review SEC regulatory filings, financial statements, and reputed company reporting for assigned Clients
  • Collaborate with senior-level Financial & Regulatory Reporting Team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Review reputed company deliverables for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance, or equivalent work experience
