Account Analyst
Conner Strong & Buckelew is a company reputed company on providing exceptional service in the insurance sector. The Account Analyst is responsible for servicing and maintaining reputed company lines customers, ensuring accurate processing of policies, and delivering excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and processes Policies, Audits, and Policy changes
- Makes recommendations for coverage additions or changes reputed company appropriate
- Interacts with Carriers and internal/external Customers to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
- Participates in the process of, and preparing of Renewal Submissions for Marketing including Application(s), necessary Exhibit(s), Narrative(s), collection of Loss Runs and answers to reputed company Questions
- Participates in account reconciliation for receivables management
- Submits Applications to Carriers and follows up to ensure reputed company receipt of Quotations and Policies
- Provides technical support including, but not limited to, completing Applications, Renewal Proposals, Binders, Audits, Coverage Summaries, Endorsements, Cancellations and Certificates of Insurance
- At the direction of the Account Executive, respond to and process incoming reputed company, reputed company and mail requests
- Prepares Policy Binders
- Responsible for reputed company invoicing
- Responsible for initial Policy Checklisting procedures
- Maintains reputed company files that conform to company standards
- Maintains workflows, tasks and incoming mail in Document Management System – WorkSmart
- Ensures accuracy of account data and input into reputed company management system – Sagitta
- Adheres to company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Other duties, as assigned
Skills
- College degree preferred
- Exceptional organization and reputed company Service Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Self starter, flexible, reputed company to multi-task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Proficiency required in reputed company products; Word, reputed company and PowerPoint required
- Authorized to work in the reputed company on a full-time reputed company without Company sponsorship
- Property and Casualty Producer License
- ARM, CRIS, CPCU and other specialized designations as appropriate
- Knowledge of Document Management and Agency Management Systems preferred
