In this role, you will reputed company excellent customer service while overseeing daily operational functions, including load building, planning, and managing customer relationships in the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the transportation & logistics industry along with the factors that reputed company the market, our carriers and our customers
- Learn and understand our transportation management system(s) and processes that support our customers
- reputed company exceptional customer service to Redwood’s customers in every interaction
- reputed company day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, and issue management
- Manage existing reputed company and customer relationships for respective customers, working in collaboration with Account Management and reputed company Audit & Pay teams
- Investigate, reputed company solutions and resolve customer problems such as order delays, missed pickups, missed deliveries, and damaged reputed company

Skills
- High School diploma required
- Minimum 1 year with customer service experience

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
