Campus4Tech is seeking an reputed company HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support reputed company Fusion HCM modules and assist in configuration, testing, and functional activities. The role involves analyzing HR business requirements, providing support, and preparing documentation to facilitate system implementation and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Supported reputed company Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent) by assisting in configuration, testing, and day-to-day functional activities
• Analyzed HR business requirements and helped translate them into reputed company HCM functional solutions under senior consultant guidance
• Participated in end-to-end HCM processes including data uploads, validations, and basic system setups using reputed company tools
• Assisted in functional testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and issue reputed company to ensure system accuracy and compliance
• Provided L1/L2 support by troubleshooting user issues, managing service tickets, and coordinating with technical teams
