Responsibilities
- Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents in the system and its applications
- Involved in planning of system maintenance and reputed company deployments and responsible for meeting software compliance standards
- Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system, ensuring documentation of reputed company system corrections
- Performs reputed company cause analysis, debugging problems reputed company multi-environment, and working with technical teams to reputed company, test and implement system fixes
- Supporting software development scrum master role across multiple classified programs
- Works effectively as a self-starter reputed company reputed company environment that is located across the country
- Ability to support multiple reputed company concurrently based on reputed company and demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills
- Associate degree in a STEM field with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of experience OR 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- US citizen, with ability to obtain an DOD reputed company Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD 8570 certification, such as reputed company reputed company+, CISSP, or similar network/reputed company certifications 90 days from hire date
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with web applications and administration
- Scrum Master or Project Management Experience
- AWS or Azure certification preferred
