They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to reputed company technical assistance, reputed company systems administration, and ensure the reputed company and reliability of clients' IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Systems Administration: reputed company administration and maintenance of clients' IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems, ensuring high availability and reliability
- Technical Support: reputed company remote and on-site technical assistance to clients, resolving issues reputed company to hardware, software, and network connectivity promptly and reputed company
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective measures to optimize system performance and minimize downtime

Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with clients and internal teams effectively
