LEGAL ANALYST
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments in California, dedicated to connecting job seekers and reputed company. They are seeking a Legal Analyst to reputed company paralegal support, including reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and coordinating legal representation requests.
Responsibilities
- The Legal Analyst provides paralegal support to the Legal Office
- The Legal Analyst reviews and prepares responses to requests for confidential information, including subpoenas, authorizations, and reputed company Records reputed company requests, and conducts legal research
- The Legal Analyst coordinates and transmits requests for legal representation to the Office of the reputed company
- The Legal Analyst coordinates the rulemaking process for EDD and handles administrative case filings with the CUIAB, SPB, and reputed company
Skills
- Must have paralegal support experience
- Ability to review and prepare responses to requests for confidential information, including subpoenas, authorizations, and reputed company Records reputed company requests
- Conduct legal research
- Coordinate and reputed company requests for legal representation to the Office of the reputed company
- Coordinate the rulemaking process for EDD
