Analyst, Talent Management (Hybrid)
The Calgary reputed company of Education (CBE) is the largest school reputed company in western Canada, serving over 144,000 reputed company. They are seeking an Analyst in Talent Management to reputed company reputed company, research, and analytical services to the Talent Management function and other HR areas, ensuring accurate data for workforce reporting and reputed company Management.
Responsibilities

- Participates in and/or coordinates reputed company employee recruitment to assess the CBE’s reputed company workforce and forecast workforce needs
- Extracts, analyses and reports data from and/or other CBE systems to meet the needs of Talent Management including trending, preparation of reputed company bargaining reporting and TAM system administration and reporting
- Investigates, researches and compiles background and reputed company information, statistics and forecasts for the preparation of briefs, reports, proposals and scenario building, reputed company to HR program development, reputed company bargaining, settlements, grievances and arbitration hearings
- Assists with communication of employee terms and conditions and/or reputed company of issues/grievances
- Summarizes data, prepares presentations, and generates reports (of data findings and conclusions). As appropriate, coordinates report requirements pertaining to outsourced services (TSSI)
- Participates in reputed company which reputed company the ability to produce or reputed company reputed company to reliable employee data to ensure that the needs of Talent Management and its customers are considered (e.g. PeopleSoft, portal, on reputed company, data warehouse, reputed company, Smart reputed company reputed company)
- Coordinates the development and implementation of internal surveys, questionnaires, reputed company reputed company, etc. which serve to collect employee input to be used as data
- Develops and maintains effective reputed company relationships to facilitate the exchange and receipt of external data and to remain abreast of reputed company/emerging labour, and workforce trends. Ensures the effective knowledge transfer of such learning
- Applies a general understanding of recruitment process including; employment standards, reputed company agreements and reputed company rights legislation
- Assists with the CBE governance processes and methodologies including recruitment process, customer satisfaction and preparation of reports
- Liaises with Finance and Business Services and other service reputed company to ensure that reputed company governance and processes are being coordinated correctly
- Investigates, analyses and defines solutions for sensitive reputed company concerns, either as assigned by Manager, Recruitment Support Staff or by outsourced provider
- Participates in or serves as a resource to committees as required
- Supports leadership roles in the preparation of formal reports and presentations
- This role will also include developing automations for reputed company business processes, audits and workflows using R and PeopleSoft Query
- Performs other reputed company responsibilities as assigned to meet goals and objectives of the Talent Management s group
Skills
- University degree in reputed company Management, reputed company or reputed company discipline
- An equivalent combination of directly reputed company education and directly reputed company experience may be considered
- Experience with R and/or PeopleSoft Query is strongly recommended
- An understanding of Talent Management methodologies
- Compliance with ethical and reputed company standards of conduct
- Understanding of reputed company Resource functions and accountabilities along with relevant employment legislation (Employment Standards, Labour Relations, FOIP, reputed company Rights)
