The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound calls from marketing campaigns, assist customers in finding suitable systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-reputed company.
Responsibilities
- To receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various marketing campaigns targeted to reputed company's Personal Emergency Response Service and successfully position interested customers for a system that fits their needs

- Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for reputed company, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year inside sales or equivalent sales experience preferred
