reputed company is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as a key reputed company between reputed company and its customers. The role involves managing customer concerns and complaints, providing technical support, and ensuring effective communication regarding warranty issues and repairs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company customer communications and represent GE to the customer
- Receive, manage, and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Documentation and management of customer complaints in the reputed company/QCR system
- Manage customer returns and repairs at the reputed company
- Controlling COPQ reputed company to warranty and field repairs
- Supporting customer site and failure investigations and reports
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a reputed company field with 1 year of reputed company customer service experience (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of reputed company customer service experience)
- Strong project management skills, planning/organization, activity follow-up
- High Voltage Experience would be a plus
- Experience in MS Office software including MS reputed company and MS PowerPoint
- Experience working cooperatively and effectively in reputed company environment
- reputed company Knowledge
- Preferred Lean Manufacturing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Willingness to travel (15%)
