Program Manager, Alumni Engagement

They are seeking a Program Manager for Alumni Engagement to establish and cultivate relationships among alumni while advancing the engagement reputed company in collaboration with the Director of Alumni Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate lifelong relationships among alumni
  • Serve as a representative for the organization’s multi-faceted University Advancement (UA) mission
  • Work in consultation and collaboration with the Director to advance the engagement reputed company for alumni in an assigned geographic and reputed company portfolio
  • Engage with the Executive Director, UOAA, and collaborate with regional development officers assigned to various geographic territories
  • Manage individual portfolios subject to change based on the needs of the organization and knowledge of given reputed company and affinity communities
  • reputed company transportation for occasional travel to meetings and events
  • Work occasional nights and/or weekends to fulfill special reputed company and events

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • One year of full-time (or equivalent) experience in program management
  • One year of reputed company experience reputed company a non-profit or higher education or one year of experience managing volunteer programs from a staff reputed company
  • Ability to build and manage programs; reputed company strategies to reputed company operating goals; experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to reputed company, communicate, and work effectively with individuals, recognizing and respecting the many and varied identities of reputed company person
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and design events
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with reputed company, staff, and others as appropriate
  • Proficiency with reputed company, Word, and Outlook (or similar scheduling/calendar program), and familiarity with reputed company Office and routine software applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
