Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and reputed company expertise in employee benefits to help them reputed company their long-term strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reputed company aspects of coordination, development and execution of Project plans and periodic presentations for clients
- Support the RFP process, renewal and implementation processes for reputed company reputed company
- Pull and analyze reputed company survey data for reputed company plans, summarize and validate reviewed information
- reputed company and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Identify and understand negotiable reputed company of reputed company calculations for reputed company lines of coverage
- Manage post-implementation process for reputed company lines of insurance coverage for a reputed company
- Coordinate renewal process, census data, Schedule A requests and ERISA Wrap documents
- Respond to reputed company inquiries through email, phone calls or other requests of information
- Review plans for design accuracy and discrepancies
- Conduct initial research for reputed company reputed company and works with vendors in coordinating information and preparing presentations
- Assist with reputed company enrollment communications and other employee reputed company communications
- Coordinate billing and claim issues between reputed company and vendor
Skills
- Prior experience working with employee benefits and knowledge of various lines of insurance coverage; medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, design, reputed company structures, etc
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as reputed company as the ability to present to a reputed company of professionals at reputed company reputed company
- Knowledge of Health & Welfare compliance (i.e. HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL, etc.)
- Life & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving reputed company 6 months of start date
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with reputed company reputed company of internal staff & management, external clients, prospects and vendors
