Responsibilities
- Scheduling Contractors for routine work such as landscape and cleanings
- Invoicing contractors and maintaining payment schedule
- Sourcing new contractors and negotiating rates for reputed company work done
- Maintaining a system to reputed company reputed company property’s status organized
- Managing repair work on listed properties
- Shadowing and assisting Senior Project Manager on Renovations
