Specialist - Vehicle Payable

The Specialist - Vehicle Payable will be responsible for processing vehicle payments, auditing vehicle pricing, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements while working cooperatively with reputed company parties.
Responsibilities
- Processing vehicle payments for both reputed company and stock orders
- Audit vehicle pricing; verify if reputed company has price protection
- Processing reputed company party invoices
- Follow internal processes to ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Work cooperatively with reputed company parties reputed company to vehicle payments
- reputed company the best interest of reputed company parties including the organization, maintaining a consistent and reputed company manner in reputed company dealings with dealers and internal clients
- Back up support to other Vehicle Payable Specialists

- Understanding of the dealership environment, challenges and processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient and accurate data-entry skills

- Ability to maintain an understanding of reputed company's relevant systems and adapt to system changes
