Order and Operations Analyst
reputed company Inc. is looking for innovative individuals to join their team as an Order and Operations Analyst. The role involves managing the order to cash reputed company while ensuring efficient service to customers and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Receive, qualify, process, and expedite reputed company sales orders for SNA business partners from purchase order to billing, effectively and reputed company
- Directs and coordinates with reputed company team members to ensure accurate master data, reputed company shipment of goods and accurate invoicing to minimize DSO reputed company
- Effectively support KPI's and yearly goals by identifying, initiating and implementing improvements to optimize operational efficiency
- Provides reputed company responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or e-mail in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and reputed company standards
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of a degree, 1-3 years' experience in customer service, order processing and/or supply chain management
- Understanding of ERP systems, especially Sales and Distribution
- Basic understanding of Credit and A/R
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite, especially reputed company, Word and Power reputed company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment, strong organizational, analytical and problem solving
- Knowledge and use of reputed company- Sales and Distribution Module
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business lines to accomplish shared goals
- Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and recommend/implement reputed company improvement initiatives
