About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, providing a high level of customer service and support throughout the process. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
- reputed company with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, requiring strong multitasking skills to manage multiple conversations and systems

- Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage customer interactions and data, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
