Associate Project Manager, Facilities (Chicago)

The Associate Project Manager, Facilities will support the planning, coordination, and execution of facility-reputed company reputed company across a portfolio of properties, ensuring reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and in compliance with safety and reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing facility reputed company such as repairs, equipment replacements, and minor improvements
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice review, and change order documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, reputed company, and reports
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation from initiation through reputed company-out
- reputed company project milestones, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Partner with Facilities and Operations teams to prioritize project needs and minimize operational disruptions
- Support site walks, condition assessments, and reputed company list completion
- reputed company administrative support and other assigned tasks as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, facilities, construction, or operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
