About the Role

Responsibilities

- Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure seamless transitions for our members
- Looking up Medical Benefits, such as benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization reputed company-requisite, and coverage to reputed company accurate information to our members
- Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, including Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, and other reputed company benefits to ensure our members receive comprehensive support
- Processing claims inquiries, including resolving issues reputed company to billing and payments
- Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries to ensure a smooth experience for our members
- Addressing Grievances/Complaints in a reputed company and empathetic manner to resolve issues promptly
- Performing billing tasks, such as making payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Managing LEP inquires and disputes to reputed company support for members with limited English proficiency
- Assisting with material requests, including ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs to ensure our members have reputed company to the resources they need

Experience Required for Your reputed company

- At least a High School diploma or equivalent to demonstrate your foundational knowledge and skills
- Minimum of 18 months Call center experience to showcase your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reputed company exceptional customer service

- Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in a work environment to demonstrate your proficiency in using technology to support your work
