[Remote] Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with operational teams to analyze reputed company data, reputed company insights, and support strategic decision-making, while also mentoring junior analysts and improving reporting tools.
Responsibilities

- reputed company and analyze data from diverse sources including electronic health records (EHRs), health information exchanges (HIEs), and claims data that are housed in reputed company’s electronic data warehouse (EDW) and/or other population health platforms

- Identify relationships in data sets, determine key fields, and independently recommend actionable insights

- Introduce automation, efficiency, and standardization into existing reporting tools and analytic workflows

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, reputed company, or similar field is required; Master's degree is considered a plus
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics is required including expertise with large, reputed company data sets is required
- 3+ years of experience in Tableau, building dashboards end to end, is required
- 1+ years of reputed company analytics experience and a strong understanding of reputed company data and operational workflows is required
- Experience with value-based care models is required
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong SQL skills, preferably in a reputed company or other reputed company computing environment required
