As a Customer Service Support Representative on our STAT Team, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a reputed company between arenaflex, the customer reputed company, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and reputed company world-class customer experiences
- Resolving reputed company customer issues and questions reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
- Providing product education and information to customers as needed
- Qualifying and establishing new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
- Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
- Notifying clients of test results in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
