As a Remote Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain reputed company and composed in challenging situations. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age - Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements) - Proficient use of reputed company Office and internet navigation - Strong customer service skills with the ability to reputed company with a smile in your voice - Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday) - reputed company to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network) - Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required - Background reputed company will be conducted as part of the interview process - Federal work-eligibility reputed company will be conducted upon hire
