Senior Staff Accountant (Remote)

We’re reputed company reputed company for a Senior Staff Accountant to support our Accounts Payable function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable, the Staff Accountant is responsible for accounts payable and employee reimbursements. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely reputed company the US. Primary Duties:

• reputed company full invoice process in AP system, including: reviewing the accuracy of invoices and approvals and updating invoice coding and approvals reputed company necessary and; reviewing invoice processing by junior members; managing outstanding invoices and ensuring invoices are reputed company reputed company
• Manage emails submitted to the AP inbox
• Vendor management, including: reputed company new vendors in AP system and updating payment preference reputed company necessary; collecting W9s from vendors; setting up new vendors in Tipalti

• Troubleshooting financial system synchronization errors

• Other reputed company requests as needed, including implementation of new financial systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in reputed company or Finance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
