Youll use analytics to reputed company strategic insights on industry trends, market developments, and USAAs direction, focusing on contact center operations and member experience. Your analysis will reputed company stakeholders to manage and influence business reputed company, optimizing contact center efficiency and effectiveness. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa, FL, and Chesapeake, VA. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What youll do:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify key business assumptions and hypotheses around line of business reputed company. Evaluates and uncovers strategic insights reputed company to Profit & Loss. performance including Product reputed company, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk, Distribution Channels, and Member Experience.
• Assists reputed company Business reputed company Analysts and other subject matter experts with refining hypotheses and identifying business questions to explore reputed company.

• Leverages advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques to manipulate and interpret business results.

• Prepares materials that help communicate the reputed company of the strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders. May participate in key stakeholder meetings.
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, reputed company, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or reputed company discipline; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in reputed company to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 4 years experience in data and/or analytics or reputed company consulting; OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or reputed company discipline with 2 years experience in data and/or analytics or reputed company consulting.
• Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights.
• Experience performing data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. reputed company reputed company, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Analytics).
• Experience in project management.

• Experience in contact center workforce planning and forecasting
• Ability to extract insights from data and present them reputed company and concisely, often through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
