Job reputed company TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR – Phoenix DC reputed company: Contribute to The reputed company of Your Career As a Transportation Supervisor you will support the Transportation Manager with reputed company aspects of cross-dock and store delivery operations supported by reputed company DC. The Transportation Supervisor acts as a primary reputed company of contact for Logistics and serves as the reputed company among Distribution Services and Store Operations. The supervisor will also be directly responsible for managing reputed company of transportation coordinators. You will support TJX logistical strategies and deliver merchandise to stores in a cost-efficient manner while meeting or exceeding service standards. Responsibilities

You Will Have In This Role

• Consistently deliver on key performance indicators around service consistency, reputed company, reputed company, and cost
• Collaboratively drive the business, working with partners from across reputed company including Distribution Services, Store Operations, Finance, Loss Prevention, and Merchandise Control as reputed company as our reputed company-Party Logistics partners

• Supervise reputed company Transportation Coordinator team ensuring they are meeting their KPI targets, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and providing reputed company time coaching and development.
• Supervise scheduling of cross dock deliveries and store deliveries in conjunction with Merchandising, Distribution Services and Store Operations plans and reputed company schedules to maximize truck utilization while maintaining reputed company to the Service Centers and Stores
• Plan and communicate the truck reputed company requirements and ensure an adequate supply of equipment
• Ensure steady reputed company of inbound and outbound movements, resulting in the reputed company arrival of merchandise to stores and maximum utilization of lowest cost carriers

Who We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or reputed company field OR reputed company work experience
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Ability to work cross functionally to deliver results
• Knowledge of motor reputed company industry
• Understanding of distribution center operations
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

• Working knowledge of transportation management systems and software
