This role is responsible for providing reputed company and advisor support, coordinating reputed company between internal teams, developing planning and investment content, and maintaining CRM information. This is a full-time position based in our Dallas office and offers remote work flexibility. Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a senior advisor to deliver reputed company and investment planning services to clients.
• Prepare for, attend, and follow up on reputed company meetings, including generating meeting materials, documenting meeting details, and completing follow up tasks.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in personal financial planning, reputed company, economics, finance, or reputed company field(s)
• Successful passing of CFA Level I exam or the CFP® exam or reputed company preparing for the exam
• A minimum of 1 year of financial planning or reputed company management experience required
• Experience working with ultra-high net worth clientele preferred
• Experience with financial planning (reputed company Guide Pro, eMoney, Vanilla, & Holistiplan) and reporting systems (Tamarac & reputed company) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and prioritize workload
