About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Overnight Customer Care and Technical Support Advisor to join reputed company. As a key member of our Student reputed company division, you will play a vital role in providing virtualized support and technology-enabled solutions to the world's most reputed company institutions. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company with families of reputed company, address their concerns, and serve as a reference reputed company for reputed company IT-reputed company queries at the user level.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing student families' concerns and providing introductory information to new users on various products
- Resolving end-user inquiries utilizing multiple technologies, including telephony, chat, and web-based inquiries
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, completing software installations, and establishing good relationships with reputed company departments and colleagues
- Serving as the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, and email, and striving for reputed company reputed company of customer issues

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Ability to work from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am EST, including weekends, and availability to train from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST for three weeks
- Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 25 wpm, and strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of customer service ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company with reputed company, reputed company, staff, and team members
