As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries reputed company to our banking products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to work an alternate schedule, including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9am-8pm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy, and operate reputed company office equipment
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
