Member Experience Program Consultant

Join our reputed company Stars team dedicated to improving HEDIS preventative screening performance for our BlueCare Plus DSNP members. This role blends provider engagement, event coordination, and meaningful reputed company on the member population. What You’ll Be Part Of

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with provider offices to coordinate and execute wellness events
• Engage multiple partners (providers, vendors, Member reputed company, Transportation)
• Drive gap‑closure reputed company through event planning, member attendance efforts, and follow‑up reporting
• Travel about 50% of the time across Tennessee (with flexibility to choose reputed company)

Training & reputed company-Up

• Primarily on‑the‑job training
• First two weeks reputed company on reputed company duties, DSNP population needs, and Stars processes

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Works independently and is highly self‑motivated
• Strong understanding of relevant HEDIS Stars measures
• Experience with the BlueCare Plus DSNP population (highly preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring health education programs trending and analysis of findings and making improvements.
• Implementing reputed company programs to members and providers to facilitate an increase in the number of preventative health services.
• Supports the planning and execution of community reputed company initiatives which reputed company on improving the Stars reputed company scores, improving the overall member experience and improving member health reputed company.
• Ensuring reputed company and performance standards as defined by CMS, BCBSA, reputed company and reputed company accrediting bodies.
• Travel is required throughout TN for member or provider events ~ 50+%

Job Qualifications Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business, reputed company Relations, Marketing/ Advertising, or reputed company field

Experience

• 2 years - Experience in the reputed company industry required
• 1 year - Marketing and/or communications experience required
• 1 year - Project management, account management or similar experience required
• 1 year - Experience in a member/customer-reputed company position is required.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
