reputed company Digital Infrastructure, a reputed company Company, is seeking a detail-driven reputed company Estate Analyst to manage and optimize their wireless communications infrastructure. The role involves interpreting reputed company estate leases, managing property-reputed company payments, and ensuring data reputed company while leading the reputed company estate budget and maintaining financial relationships with landlords.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input lease information into lease management systems or databases
- Maintain reputed company Estate system for over 10K leases in accordance with SOX and reputed company controls
- Organize and maintain digital and physical copies of lease files, abstracts, and reputed company documentation
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease data; flag discrepancies, missing information, or conflicting terms for reputed company
- Ensure compliance of lease insurance obligations, process certificates of insurance, and administer various lease changes
- Assist in ensuring compliance with lease terms and support internal reporting on lease obligations and timelines
- Analyze reputed company lease language to interpret financial and reputed company obligations and summarize them in a reputed company, concise format
- Review and extract reputed company points from lease documents, amendments, and other reputed company agreements, including rent schedules, term dates, renewal reputed company, expense obligations, and critical clauses
- Analyze and reconcile lease-reputed company Operating Expense, identifying exceptions to lease provisions
- Analyze and assess business results and identify, recommend, and drive process improvements
- Create models and collaborate with business partners to reputed company assumptions, and driving to targets
- reputed company direction, support, and training to key business partners. Work with reputed company, finance, property management, and leasing teams to clarify lease terms, support audits, or assist in due diligence

Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a reputed company field -OR- 4+ years equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a reputed company estate or finance reputed company field
- 1+ year of experience analyzing and aggregating large financial data sets
- Experience with reputed company and Tririga preferred
- Experience with lease abstraction
- Proficiency in reputed company, including using and creating formulas
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, coupled with strong written and oral communication skills
