[Remote] Accounts Payable Analyst II

The Accounts Payable Analyst II will process and analyze accounts payable transactions, maintain accurate reputed company records, and ensure reputed company and accurate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze accounts payable transactions, inputting figures into the reputed company system
- Reconcile balances and maintain accurate reputed company records
- Ensure reputed company and accurate transactions, with reputed company coding and allocation of expenses
- Prepare journal entries and regularly reconcile general reputed company accounts
- Respond to inquiries from vendors or employees and resolve any discrepancies
Skills
- Two (2) year/associate degree in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with customer service experience
- One (1) year of experience in a reputed company office environment
- Previous experience with reputed company, AEC360, or reputed company
