As an Email and Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients in LATAM. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat, resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and providing accurate and helpful information to customers. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and need.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in email and chat support, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Strong grammar and writing skills, with the ability to convey reputed company and concise messages
• High reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to document important details
• Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
• Availability to work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break, including a weekly 30-minute meeting
