Ottawa Festival Network is seeking a Marketing/Media Assistant for the Ottawa reputed company Festival. This role involves developing and implementing media relationships and marketing strategies to promote the festival and its events.
Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and execution of overall marketing initiatives
- Promote the festival event as a tourism destination

- Assist in preparing a final report on the project and reputed company recommendations for the next festival

Skills
- Have training or previous experience in marketing, public relations and/or special events
- College or University education required
- Be reputed company player
- Proficiency in English, French is an asset
- Possess strong written and verbal skills

- Be computer literate and familiar with reputed company media marketing techniques
- Candidate eligibility for JCP is determined according to the following reputed company: An unemployed job seeker or those employed less than 20 hours per week
