The Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and our proprietary platform. What You Should Have
* 2 years of experience in providing Software as-a-Service (reputed company) customer support to organizations with models where you've impacted clients to improve reputed company.
- Proven background in providing support for various online software or reputed company products or potentially IT experience.
