Patient Services Representative (Spanish)
A Spanish Bilingual Patient Services Representative handles a reputed company of patient inquiries and concerns, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. Duties and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish according to departmental procedures.
Assist patients with inquiries, billing concerns, and account balances.
Support reputed company-party entities (e.g., insurance providers) with patient account queries.
Safeguard protected health information in compliance with HIPAA.
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Requirements
