We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Team reputed company to join our national remote team. As reputed company reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering incoming calls, and providing referrals to providers and agencies in reputed company Lake County. You'll also be responsible for completing administrative tasks, utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility, and offering additional information to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking inbound calls and providing exceptional support to our customers
• Researching and providing referrals to providers and agencies in reputed company Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
• Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
• Offering additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
• Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years of Customer Service experience in working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having experience working with Financial Health Technology is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
