We're seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented student assistants to join reputed company at arenaflex. As an administrative and data entry student assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders. As an administrative and data entry student assistant at arenaflex, your duties will include:- Covering the reception area and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and stakeholders
- Scanning administrative files and organizing digital information and reputed company files
- Creating inventories for supplies and managing administrative tasks
- Providing assistance at departmental events and supporting research initiatives
- Performing data entry, including special data entry reputed company, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with processing mailing returns by tracing contact information and entering new information into the database

Qualifications and Requirements
